About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand growth in the Ghanaian and West African markets. You will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with business goals
  • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.)
  • Analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM data
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Plan and execute events, promotions, and partnership campaigns
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI
  • Mentor and lead a team of junior marketers and agencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, tech, or service industries
  • Strong experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in local languages is an advantage)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in the Ghanaian or African market is highly preferred
